The Employee Mobility Institute launches AI solution to support remote work policy, risk decisions

Talent mobility sector industry body The Employee Mobility Institute (TEMi) recently unveiled a new AI-powered solution designed to support remote work policy and risk decisions across organisations.
Organisations, advisers, and workforce solution providers across Australia and New Zealand are now able to use PolicyPilot©, an AI-enabled platform designed specifically for talent mobility, developed by remote work specialists Bazl.
The platform – an industry-first AI for workforce management practitioners – supports the development and benchmarking of remote work policies, and enables immediate, real-time access to risk analysis reports for employees requesting flexible work arrangements globally.
Organisations of all sizes, TEMi said in a statement, can now access on-demand, cost-effective insights to support remote work decisions, enabling organisations and practitioners to respond quickly to business needs while navigating complex compliance considerations with confidence.

Bazl founder Chris Fogarty added that privacy and security are critical features of PolicyPilot©, which was created with robust organisational AI policies in mind: “All data is encrypted using TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest – consistent with industry-standard security practices and GDPR requirements.”
“With strict data isolation, each organisation’s data is logically separated at the database level, so no other user or organisation on the platform can ever access another’s content, policies, or employee assessments,” he said.
