Global payroll, HR, benefits, mobility, performance, and device management Deel is now discoverable for Microsoft customers around the world.
Microsoft customers worldwide will now be able to discover and deploy Deel, thereby allowing them access to trusted solutions that accelerate innovation and business transformation with unified integration across Microsoft products.
Deel recently announced the availability of its services in the Microsoft Marketplace, which it called the “unified” online destination for customers to buy trusted cloud solutions, AI apps, and agents to meet their business needs. Deel customers will be able to discover and deploy trusted solutions through Microsoft Marketplace, with smooth integration and streamlined management across Microsoft Azure and other Microsoft products, the platform said.
The news follows the unveiling of Deel Field Services, in June, a purpose-built solution that will bring enterprise-grade HR infrastructure to onsite, high-complexity field operations, addressing the US$120 billion field services market.
It also follows the appearance of Deel’s Asia-Pacific mid-market director, Joji Kurosaki, on The HR Leader Podcast last month to discuss the imperative for Australian businesses to build global workforces and not be constrained by the domestic market.
Speaking about the development, Deel chief operating officer Dan Westgarth said: “Procurement teams no longer want to run a separate vendor evaluation each time they add a workforce tool; they expect it to already be available where they buy their software.”
“Listing Deel in Microsoft Marketplace puts global payroll, HR, and compliance in that same buying process, so Microsoft customers can bring AI-assisted workforce infrastructure online without a separate procurement cycle.”
Organisations that run their operations on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 can now find and deploy Deel’s Employee of Record, Managed Payroll, and contractor hiring solutions directly through Microsoft Marketplace, and can further optimise cloud spend by applying Deel towards existing Azure Consumption Commitments.
