HR Leader, together with principal partner DLPA, is thrilled to unveil the first HR Innovation Summit, to be hosted in late June.
AI is no longer experimental. It is being deployed across organisations at speed, reshaping how work gets done, how decisions are made, and how value is created.
For HR leaders, the onboarding and mainstreaming of AI is a defining moment. The question is no longer whether AI will transform the workplace; it’s whether HR will lead that transformation, or be sidelined by it.
The HR Innovation Summit is a one-day event designed for senior HR professionals who want to move beyond high-level conversations and take an active role in shaping the AI-enabled organisation.
HR Leader is bringing together forward-thinking chief human resources officers (CHROs), people and culture leaders, and transformation experts to tackle the most pressing and often uncomfortable questions facing HR today. From workforce design and capability building through to governance, trust, and the future of work itself, this is a practical, focused exploration of how HR can own the people side of the AI revolution.
The inaugural HR Innovation Summit will take place on Friday, 26 June, at the Telstra Centre in Sydney. Click here to buy tickets.
HR Leader managing editor Jerome Doraisamy said the brand is thrilled to launch this inaugural event.
“At a time of voluminous market and workplace change, finding innovative ways to better manage the workforce is fundamental. This event will showcase best practice for the HR function across sectors and business and organisation size, as well as provide an opportunity for professionals to network and knowledge-share,” he said.
“We look forward to seeing you there!”
DLPA chief executive Karlie Cremin said: “DLPA is proud to partner with HR Leader for the HR Innovation Summit.
“Real innovation in HR isn’t just about new tools. It’s about building leaders who can handle complexity, manage psychosocial risk, and create workplaces where people genuinely thrive. We’re looking forward to being part of a conversation that takes that work seriously.”
