Captivate L&D announced as sponsor for HR Innovation Awards 2026

HR Leader has announced that learning and development platform Captivate L&D will sponsor the 2026 HR Innovation Awards, supporting the recognition of excellence across Australia’s HR profession.

Captivate L&D is a recently launched platform designed to help HR and L&D leaders source high-impact development experiences. The platform curates a range of programs – including masterclasses, leadership retreats, and international study tours – combining expert-led content with carefully selected environments and structured experience design.

The partnership reflects a shared focus on innovation within the HR sector, particularly as organisations continue to rethink how leadership capability is developed and sustained.

Russell Stephenson, director of Captivate L&D, said the business is proud to support the awards program and contribute to celebrating progress across the industry.

The HR Leader HR Innovation Awards is a black-tie event, taking place on Friday, 26 June, in Sydney at the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth. Submissions are now open.
