CEO and co-founder of HiBob, Ronni Zehavi, commented on his company’s achievement: “We are proud and delighted to receive this accolade and will continue to put the end user at the heart of all future innovation. We are glad to be recognised for enabling new technologies that build a better future world of work.”

Falling under the category of apps and software, TIME described HiBob’s product as: “When the pandemic normalised remote work, a lot of HR tasks like onboarding and maintaining morale became complicated. But HiBob, with its Instagram-like dashboard that encourages employees to share their horoscopes and superpowers, was ready.”

For over 20 years, TIME has published its pick for the top 100 best inventions. With the magazine noting a surge in innovation for the year, 2022 has seen the first ever top 200 list. Editors and correspondents for TIME determine who makes the cut, with HiBob clearly impressing.

Mr Zehavi continued: “At HiBob, ‘bobbers’ work together as a village to create the best experiences for HR professionals, managers and employees alike. Being on the list validates that our ideas align with brand promises and the company’s values which drive our mission to build for the way people work today and tomorrow – globally, remotely, and collaboratively.

This year’s list included a variety of products. From prosthetic hands, electric cars, record players, and even baby strollers, the list featured some of the year’s top innovations.
