New CPO appointed to Finastra

Helen Cook has been appointed the new chief people officer at Finastra.

The financial software company welcome Ms Cook as a key recruit to the executive leadership team.
She will take control of people organisation and will have an emphasis on promoting diversity, equity
and inclusion (DEI) in the role.

“I’m excited to be at Finastra and look forward to working more with the passionate and diverse
team I have met so far. Finastra’s vision is built on collaboration, and its commitment to become a
truly inclusive workplace and enhance the skills of its workforce is inspirational. I'm thrilled to
support in growing and developing the company’s global talent,” said Ms Cook.

Her previous role was chief human resource officer and member of the executive team at Natwest
Group. She has been involved in financial services for over 25 years and will bring this experience
into her new position.
