People management provider HiBob has unveiled a new global community of people-first leaders dedicated to reimagining how work should work for everyone.
The professional community, HiBob detailed in a statement, has been built to connect people who believe that putting employees at the heart of business is the key to success.
It is open to HR professionals, people managers, and future leaders alike and provides space online and in person to connect, collaborate, and learn from peers and industry experts through exclusive insights and conversations.
Working in HR can often feel isolating, HiBob noted, giving rise to the need for a space where HR leaders and practitioners can connect directly with peers, operators, and experts who share the belief that putting people first is how businesses thrive.
Community members will get access to valuable insights and ideas from leading experts in HR and people management, whose insights will help professionals create a better experience for their workplaces and drive stronger results for their businesses.
Speaking about the launch, HiBob chief marketing officer Sophie Chesters said: “With AI-driven business transformation placing a huge burden on HR, teams must learn, act fast, and adapt together. It’s a reality they can’t ignore. It will take more than tools; they need a space to share ideas and shape the future together.”
“In Good Company fills that gap, creating a home for people-first conversations that inspire change and strengthen connections worldwide.”
She added: “This forum carries HiBob’s mission forward: creating workplaces where people thrive. Here, ideas spark action and leaders learn from each other.
“This isn’t just a community; it’s a movement to change how work should work – for everyone.”
Christine Song, the founder of 5 to 9 Society, said: “Ever wish you could be part of an amazing community that brings HR voices together at a global scale? It’s finally here with ‘In Good Company’ by HiBob. The best part? Honest, transparent talk that isn’t performative.
“Real HR leaders talking about real HR issues. Isn’t that what we’re all craving? I’m thrilled to be surrounded by incredible people who are excited to share unique insights, provide open-source programming and build meaningful connections.”
Adam Weber, the chief evangelist at 15Five, podcast host at HR Superstars and author, said: “In Good Company is bringing global voices together in a way I haven’t seen before. The openness and diversity of perspectives is exactly what leaders need right now, and I’m thrilled to be part of it.”
HiBob noted there will also be in-person events in cities around the world in the form of In Good Company Live, giving community members and people leaders the opportunity to come together, share best practices, and build meaningful local connections.
