This award recognises an emerging human resources professional within a large business who has demonstrated exceptional promise, impact, and capability in the early stages of their HR career. It celebrates individuals who are already making a meaningful contribution to the HR function and the broader business, and who are influencing a positive workplace, people and culture, and learning and development outcomes beyond what would typically be expected at their career stage. For this award, a “rising star” is defined as an HR professional who has been working in the human resources field for three years or less, and who has demonstrated strong potential for future leadership through initiative, innovation, influence, and measurable impact.
